LULU GUINNESS is an extraordinary lady. She's a whimsical accessories designer whose idea of the lip clutch became a staple of all the fashion savvy, old-school glamour loving girls. No wonder her products have been adored by up-beat Brits: among others Alexa Chung, Agyness Deyn and Helena Bonham-Carter.

Everything started in 1989. That's when Lulu founded her brand, selling her first handbags at Liberty's of London. Her idea was to help girls feel "complete" by designing crazy but glamourous accessories. Her inspiration comes from everything around. It may be a piece of furniture seen from a different angle or a basket of flowers. 

As she admits, Lulu has always been attracted to 1940s and 1950s so when everyone around her wore jeans and t-shirts she was completely unique pulling off some vintage tea dresses from Portobello market. Her retro and charming taste has led her into an accessories empire, loved by celebrities, stylists and some fashion personalities.

Apart of the lips range, Lulu designs everything from stationery to umbrellas, vanity cases and suitcases.
