Tilda Swinton by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin
Do you remember her role of Orlando/Orlanda in a movie adaptation of Virginia Woolf's "Orlando" from 1992? Plato wrote that Androgyn is the only perfect unity (from which women and men were born as incomplete beings) with a great balance of femininity and masculinity. Perhaps that's why Tilda is so intriguing? Anyway, we love her long red locks with a delicate almost make-up free face in this picture!
